![]() I contacted HP and they sent me a flash drive of Windows 7 - 64 bit, but it was without updates, and more importantly the drivers for the devices listed in device manager. ![]() Unfortunately Windows 10 did not work with this computer, and because I had been told to select Do Not Save Anything, neither the old version of Windows 7, or the restore partiction, was available to me any longer. ![]() They told me to install it using the DVD reader and to check the Do Not Save Anything option. When I contacted the retailer of the computer, they offered to send me a new DVD of Windows 10. Unfortunately it came without an activation Product Key for the newly installed version of Windows 7 - 64bit. I purchased a refurbished HP EliteBook 8460p with Windows 7 - 64bit.
